SMNU Security Lock Installation And Review
SMNU has a range of handphone holders which is almost similar to its competitor MWUPP. SMNU also has an add on security lock feature. Below is a guide on how to install it on your handphone holder arm. Fyi, I’m using my MWUPP handphone holder arm for this guide.
Before we begin, it is important that you know which is the know and key. The knob is the one with the blue inner whereas the key usually is the bigger piece in black. If reading is not your cuppa, you can view the video here.
Firstly you would need only the arm of your handphone holder. Hold firmly in your hand. In the case of butterfingers, use two rubber bands and tie them around the ends of the arm. Then unscrew the knob until it comes off totally. See above.
Once the original knob comes off, take the security lock(with the knob inside the key) and screw it on totally. Then remove the two rubber bands at both ends and you’re good to go. See above.
